I stopped taking my sleeping tablets a few days ago, as they seemed to be draining me of energy which is a strange outcome – when they are meant to knock you out so you can rest!. Although they did indeed knock me out at night, the dosage I was on seemed to be too strong. But when the dosage was lowered it seemed to have the same affect for different reasons.
