Yes that’s right, the day has finally come where I get to have my say in Family Court about having contact with our daughter; although it is not going to be easy.
The initial CAFCASS report arrived on my doorstep Saturday morning and wow is it bias! Yes they say that my wife has allegations, and yes they say I deny them (as you would expect), but then at the end of their report they suggest the court requests my medical records because of my depression and they suggest I should not have any contact because I have depression!
Its unbelievable.
CAFCASS have ignored the fact I was diagnosed with depression because our daughter was taken from me.
CAFCASS ignored the fact my mother-in-law was living with us for almost a year, so would have witnessed anything unusual.
CAFCASS have ignored the Bridge Project meeting I went to was videoed and therefore could be used as evidence.
CAFCASS have ignored my wife let me have unsupervised contact on 3 separate occasions “after” the incident in question.
This just goes to show what you read on the internet about CAFCASS is true; mother is always right in the eyes of the government.
So lets just wait and see what happens and fingers crossed.
